The 2020 Annual Conference Program Committee is currently accepting abstracts from presenters who have expertise in an area related to parks and recreation, coupled with a talent for public speaking. Presenters must have a solid background in their field of expertise with a resume to support their mastery of the topic presented. Dynamic presenters who engage the audience with a memorable message and tools of the trade not to forget only need apply. All sessions must be qualified for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).

All sessions and presenter biographies will be conveniently shared via the conference app EVENTSENTIAL.

Session topics will cover a wide range of tracks including, but not limited to:

  • Programming
  • Therapeutic Recreation
  • Parks and Facilities
  • Human Resources
  • Youth
  • Adults
  • Seniors
  • Public Relations, Marketing, Advocacy & More!

Abstracts will be solicited through JANUARY 1st and the Program Committee will update presenters regarding the status of their proposals. All sessions are pending CEU approval for final acceptance.

Presenters are required to bring their own laptops and connection cables. Screens and projectors will be provided.

BEING GREEN... All presenters will be given the ability to upload presentations and handouts onto the conference app so attendees may access information at and after the conference.


Resumes must be submitted for all sessions to qualify for Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
