NYSRPS Annual State Conference Exhibit Hall refunds less a $100.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to pr@nysrps.org 45 days prior to the event. Within 45 days of the event, no refunds will be given.

 NYSRPS Annual State Conference Registration refunds less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to pr@nysrps.org30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given.  

 The NYSRPS Executive Committee and Executive Director reserve the right to issue a refund in a case determined to have extenuating circumstances deemed by such committee.
