The New York State Recreation and Park Society Annual Conference is a wonderful occasion to show your support of the Society and to get your products and services in front of decision makers. A wide array of sponsorship opportunities will be available to choose from. A variety of levels to fit all price points will be included.

VENDOR HALL BINGO
HOW IT WORKS:
All attendees will recieve a bingo card with your booth name label on the card. Participants must visit each booth listed in order to recieve a stamp from you (the stamp will be provided by NYSRPS) Decide how an attendee will recieve a stamp - perhaps filling out a contact form? Or scanning their name badge? It is a great opportuntiy to make connections!
Bingo Spots are $25, one per vendor.
Bingo Winners will be drawn at 10 am on Tuesday 4/25.Register as an add on upon registration.
NYSRPS Annual State Conference Exhibit Hall refunds less a $100.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to pr@nysrps.org 45 days prior to the event. Within 45 days of the event, no refunds will be given.
NYSRPS Annual State Conference Registration refunds less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to pr@nysrps.org30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given.
The NYSRPS Executive Committee and Executive Director reserve the right to issue a refund in a case determined to have extenuating circumstances deemed by such committee.
