Hotel rooms can be purchased upon registration through NYSRPS at a discounted rate. There are only a limited amount of rooms available for all conference attendees at this location.

Hotel Room Rate: $250 per night

NYSRPS Annual State Conference Vendor Hall refunds 50% of registration fee cancellations received in writing to contactus@nysrps.org 45 days prior to the event. Within 45 days of the event, no refunds will be given.

NYSRPS Annual State Conference Registration refunds 50% of registration fee for cancellations received in writing to contactus@nysrps.org 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given.  

All hotel room purchases are non-refundable.
